I feel for the Dalai Lama...especially in light of his "harsh comments" today...for a man who has always pushed for the middle way, for mutual understanding, whose training as a monk teaches him unadulterated compassion for all his fellow-beings...what nature of deep and disturbing emotion must have caused him to express even these "harsh words"...how much longer can he restrain himself? How much longer will his compassion and lovingkindness be tested?
