In the episode of The Simpsons I saw yesterday ("This is Your Wife"), there is a take on the many reality shows, more specifically ones in which moms get swapped between different families. The family (husband, wife, son) pitted against the Simpsons in the episode is uppper-crust-Connecticut (does CT have any other crusts...?); the wife is "the youngest tenured professor at Yale" and the hubby an "office manager" -- both husband and wife have strong Brit accents (or if they are upper-crust-CT accents then please pardon my ignorance).
Well, long story short, among the many funny scenes in the episode, there is one in which Homer yells to the propah husband thusly: "Now, listen Stonehenge..."
Stonehenge!! LMAO!! I mean, of all the Briticisms, Homer latched onto Stonehenge???!!!
Too funny for my pants...
p.s. The "Brit" husband was played by Rick Gervais (who also wrote this episode). The Boston Phoenix has an article on this.
