Blogus Discontinuous

So blogging requires discipline...the discipline to record faithfully and frequently. Also it requires a deep desire to either share something with the world at large or constantly get something off one's chest. But, it too is subject to the notorious "writer's block" though blogging need not necessarily be called "writing" in any formal sense, judging from the sheer informality that propels much of blogging language. I remember someone sending an email out to an internal alias in our company asking how to delete one's blog on the company's blogging website: " I figure I do not have much to say," he honestly stated in his email. To which some wit replied:" Well neither do most other people, but they blog on regardless."

I henceforth take it for granted that such stop-and-go will be the nature of my blogging. Fr extended periods of time I just do not feel like putting pen to paper. During such times one wonders about the fulity of blogging etc...the whole endeavor seems so distant...

...

I started lisening to some very exciting and rich and melodious Italian music here. This is what their website says:

We play "musica etnica italiana", or Italian folk music. It is Italian music based on traditional Italian tunes, melodies, or instruments. It may be purely traditional, or it may be contemporized, but our goal is to always play music that is both interesting and faithful to Italy's rich musical heritage.
Great stuff, check it out. I had earlier bought the splendid Spaccanapoli CD

but after listening to some of the gorgeous music on this station went ahead and bought 2 CDs by Musicalia.
